Ticket Policy & Terms

By purchasing a ticket for a 901 Academy class, you agree to the following policies:

No Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.

 

Postponement

In the event a class must be postponed due to instructor illness or unforeseen circumstances beyond 901 Academy’s control, the class will be rescheduled within 90 days. All tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

Event Cancellation

If a class is canceled and cannot be rescheduled within 90 days, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Attendee Cancellations

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee by selling it privately. You must notify 901 Academy in advance with the new ticket holder’s name and contact information. Academy@901salon.com
